Matt was awarded the first LIME Painting franchise in South Denver for his passion to cultivate exceptional customer service, manage quality controls and production, and instill a long-term service-minded approach for the client. He has produced over 50% of Lime's total accounts revenue since inception. Matt's sense of humor, quick wit and friendliness makes him fun to be around. Having a background in ministry, Matt has always had a servant attitude to put others interests before his own. He has demonstrated this through putting together detailed proposals so the homeowners know what they are getting through consistent auditing of the job to ensure quality through thanking many clients with small gifts and staying in touch with clients to see how they are doing. For over 4 years, Matt has been humbled by the talented work of the crews and has seen their hard work and craftsmanship first hand. He has proven himself in developing long-lasting relationships with many of the painting teams and considers them like family. He enjoys being around a team of people, including his fellow account managers, production coordinators, painters, and the insight from the owner Nick Lopez. He enjoys the commaraderie of the LIME painting business model and owes much of his success to both the initial training from Nick and the solid teams around him.
